Nyra Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") respects the privacy of our users ("you," "your," "Server Owners," or "End Users"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Nyra Discord bot and the nyra.lol web dashboard (collectively, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

We collect information strictly necessary to provide and operate the Service. This data falls into two categories:

A. Server Owners

When you log into the nyra.lol dashboard via Discord OAuth2, we collect:

  • Discord Profile: Your User ID, username, and avatar hash.
  • Server Data: A list of Discord servers you manage to determine dashboard access rights.

B. End Users

To power modules like Moderation, Tickets, and Leveling, the bot observes:

  • Identifiers: User IDs, Guild IDs, Channel IDs, Role IDs.
  • Message Content: Temporarily cached for auto-moderation. Only permanently stored for infraction reasons or tickets.
  • Attachments: Securely stored if the "Deleted Attachment Vault" is enabled.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data based on the legal basis of Legitimate Interest and Contractual Necessity to:

  • Authenticate your access to the web dashboard.
  • Execute bot commands and manage server configurations.
  • Maintain internal modlogs, ticket transcripts, and leveling economies.
  • Prevent abuse, raid attempts, and maintain security.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

Nyra relies on selected third-party infrastructure to operate. We only share the minimum required data with these providers:

  • Discord:As our primary platform, we interface with Discord’s API to authenticate users and send/receive messages.
  • Supabase:We utilize Supabase (PostgreSQL) to securely store all persistent data. Supabase acts as a Data Processor and complies with strict security and privacy standards.
  • Google Fonts:The nyra.lol web dashboard utilizes Google Fonts to render typography.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any external marketing or advertising agencies.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy:

Server Configurations & Economies

Retained as long as the Nyra bot remains in the Discord server. If Nyra is kicked, this data is flagged and permanently purged after 30 days.

Moderation Logs

Retained indefinitely by default, as they act as a permanent record for Server Owners, unless manually deleted by an administrator of that server.

We utilize administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. Our database operates behind secure firewalls and utilizes row-level security (RLS) via Supabase to ensure data is strictly isolated between different Discord servers.
