Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you", "User", "Server Owner"), and Nyra Inc., registered under the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany ("Nyra", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the nyra.lol website, the Nyra Discord application, and any associated services (collectively, the "Service").

By inviting the Nyra bot to your Discord server or accessing the web dashboard, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Service and must discontinue use immediately.

1. Description of Service

Nyra is a modular Discord utility bot and web dashboard designed to assist Server Owners in managing communities, moderation, support tickets, and virtual economies. The Service acts as a bridge between your Discord community and our management dashboard.

2. Disclaimer of Affiliation

Nyra Inc. is an independent entity and is in no way affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise officially connected to Discord Inc. "Discord" and any associated logos or branding are the registered trademarks of Discord Inc. The Service provided by Nyra Inc. is a third-party application built using the official Discord API.

3. Compliance with Third-Party Terms

Nyra operates on the Discord platform. By using our Service, you agree to simultaneously adhere to:

  • — The Discord Community Guidelines.

Any violation of Discord's policies through the use of Nyra may result in immediate termination of your access to the Service without notice or refund.

4. User Obligations and Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Bypass, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service.
  • Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send messages or extract data (scraping).
  • Use the Service as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use the Service for any revenue-generating endeavor beyond your own server's monetization.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person utilizing the tools provided by Nyra (including the Modmail and Ticket systems).
  • Store illegal, highly sensitive, or excessively explicit material utilizing the deleted attachment recovery vault.

5. Premium and Whitelabel Subscriptions

Nyra offers enhanced functionality through paid subscription tiers ("Server Premium" and "Whitelabel").

Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the designated payment method.

Whitelabel Responsibilities

Users subscribing to the Whitelabel tier must provide their own Discord Bot Token. You agree that you are solely responsible for the conduct of your white-labeled instance and maintaining compliance with Discord's API terms.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the Service, payments are generally non-refundable unless mandated by European Union consumer protection laws. Refund requests made within 14 days of the initial purchase will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Service Availability and Data Loss

We utilize Supabase to ensure high availability and secure data storage. However, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. Nyra Inc. is not liable for the loss of server configurations, ticket transcripts, or economy balances, though we maintain routine backups to mitigate such events.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Service is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by Nyra Inc., and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable German law, in no event will Nyra Inc., its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, specifically excluding its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lower Saxony, Germany.
